About Me
I am a certified functional nutritionist and a data analyst. My interest lies in infertility, PCOS and weight loss.
I have not been free of PCOS, which is why I am fascinated, passionate and put my heart into my work. PCOS plagued me with irregular and painful periods, hair fall and mental health issues. But I caught it in time, reversed it naturally and no longer have any of the above symptoms.
I used to believe that PCOS and resultant infertility is due to lifestyle discrepancies. Now, I KNOW that PCOS and resultant infertility is due to lifestyle discrepancies. I have seen far too many women working with me, change for the better, in order to be so sure of the truth.

How does this work?
